WHAT I GET OUT OF THIS AFTER SCHOOL

Literacy through photogtaphy is a place where us girls can release our iner selves and show how we feel. Us girls think that this is very helpful because this is the only we can be ourselves. Photography, is a way to express what we feel at the moment or a certain time. It is a place were we can be just us. In photos we can express our personalities and/or characteristics.In our daily lives we see many different things we have many different probalems in our lives, so this after school program really helps us think about things in different ways. It also gives us a chance to let everything out and just say what we feel. Many times it is personal information that we cant really discuss with the people that have to deal with it so this is a place were there are all ears and every one just listens.It is also a place for advise. Many times we give each other advise. There has been times were us girls have gotten very imotional and were crying and sharing our problems. This program is very powerful because it gives us girls a chance. In the poems we do, we discribe what happens to us and what we feel. In the pictures we express a mood or how we feel during taking the picture. There are many times were we know how to pose for a picture because it explains a certain poem weve done. Pictures help people get a picture in their head and kind of think about the mood. We change in every poem and picture.
